R&S remains committed to supporting our customers during this time of uncertainty with high-quality essential services while taking numerous precautions to do so. We have taken the following steps to minimize the spread and allow our employees to continue to serve our customers:

• We have closed our showrooms and will only fill essential orders through non-contact methods.
• Our field technicians are equipped with paperless work orders and will not require signatures in order to maintain at all time the social distance of 6 feet.
• Technicians will be equipped with gloves and disinfectant to wipe down surfaces that may have been contaminated through coughing, sneezing, or touching.
• Employees must stay home if they show any flu-like symptoms.
